Zabrop Osean Adventures:
The Andromeda Job
Story:
“Are you sure about this? Is it worth it?”, whispers the Counselor.
Without a pause, the Private Secretary exclaims, “The Gauntlet is a symbol of power and leadership that has been passed down to the royal heir for generations. It has signified the security and stability of the kingship. We must have it reclaimed!” Pressing his thumb to the scanner, the tablet certifies and sends the payment. “It’s done. Now, we wait.”
Across the system, swirling a dark amber liquid, Zabrop Osean glances down and sees an alert. A new entry in his account. “Time to rally the troops!”

deuces Wild
Story:
Osean looks over at the two of you and lays out his plan. "The target artifact is the Xialorian Gauntlet. It is protected by new Galatech pressure sensors and a Siran force field."
First, we'll need to disable power to the Siran force field. A person to have to go to the Market and obtain a Graviton Induction Sink (Contraband). Then use it in the Power Core room (15 point artifact) to safely extract the core. Removing the power core will shut down power to the force field surrounding the Gauntlet.
Second, we'll need someone proficient with traps and sensors. The Galatech pressure sensors are attuned to the slightest change in air pressure and temperature. But they have a flaw in the firmware that can be exploited using an Acoustic spanner.
All the while there are these new GERTA sentry robots in every archive room we'll have to deal with.
Pick your task and gear up!
Accomplish these tasks in this order:
- Player 1 must have the Contraband to take the 15 point artifact.
- Player 2 must have the "Acoustic spanner" card in his play area or discard pile to take the Gauntlet. When the Gauntlet is taken, read "Obtain Gauntlet".
Osean's 3 of Kind
Story:
Osean looks over to the three of you with approval, "You three are the best at what you do. The target artifact is the Xialorian Gauntlet. It is protected by new Galatech pressure sensors, a Siran force field, and our lookout onboard has just learned that an updated video surveillance has been installed throughout the command module."
First, there will be no safe way to walk without being seen and identified. However, the video streams all run through the communications room located under the satellite dish. Someone will need to impersonate one of the command staff, infiltrate the communications room, and loop the video of empty hallways and rooms for the rest of the team. If you are willing to take on this task, we have just the disguise for you! We have a Shape Shifter to help you get in. It's going to feel a little sticky, but it'll be worth your while.

Ship Wide Defenses
Story:
Osean takes a deep breath, "The ship has been outfitted with New G400 GalaTech Drones. They are used for genetic tracking, defense, and surveillance. Drones are deployed from the Central Security Office. If one goes offline, another is immediately deployed to replace it. Retrieving each part of the access code and taking an artifact will result in a drone being sent to investigate. Your DNA will be logged at the scene by new terminal scanners. Once uploaded, drones will be programmed to seek you out. You'll have to keep a watchful eye as your travel the ship."
Game Action:
Place a data cube from an unused color in the security checkpoint outlined in the picture. This is the "Central Security Office". Each time you hack a console, place 1 one of your clank cubes from your supply in the security checkpoint. This represents the drone tracking you.
Beginning with your next turn and at the start of your turn from now on, adjust your colored cubes 2 moves (similar to 2 boots) toward your player piece following the shortest distance.
Drones do NOT use the telepads or the hyper lift. They move through them only as a normal room.
Drones do NOT stop at security checkpoints.
When a drone moves into the same room as it's target player, the player must:
Defeat the drone with 1 sword
Take a health hit to defeat the drone
If the drone is not defeated you cannot leave the room by boots, you generate 1 clank no matter how many drones are in the room.
The defeated drones are moved back to the security checkpoint and moved next turn.
If a different player is in the room with a drone, they are not affected, but can chose defeat the done with 1 sword or by taking a health hit.
Command Module Defenses
*Card featured from the Apocalypse Expansion
Story:
We are hearing reports a Gloriously Evil Robot Threatening Annihilation (GERTA)! On board the ship. They are commissioned as new sentry duty robots in the artifact rooms. They are dangerously powerful. However, they also have some pricey tech in them that is worth a lot to certain groups.
Under your breath you tell yourself, "This isn't the the kind of 'shiny' I was looking for."
Game Action:
Place clank cubes from an unused color in all the artifact rooms including empty ones.
When you enter any of the artifact rooms, you will confront a GERTA.
If you have 3 swords you defeat the bot and gain the written reward as printed on the card.
You can use 2 swords and 4 skill to disarm and reprogram GERTA to be a body guard. Put the cube in your play area as token representing 1 sword to be used on every turn.
If you do not have the swords, take one health hit for every sword you do not have.
Additional Rules
Winning conditions:
The Gauntlet must leave the ship on an escape pod to successfully complete the mission. When that is complete and all players are done, read "The Plan Succeeded".
If player with the Gauntlet is knocked out at any point, the artifact remains in that room until reclaimed by another player.
Advanced maneuvers:
Healing from cards, credits, secrets like Boots, healing, swords, multi-pass, artifacts, and Market items can be exchanged between players when in the same room.
Use the tele-pass and a telepad to teleport items mentioned above to another telepad for another player.

Story:
It occurs to you in transit that if you change some of the static entries in the detection system, it will misdirect the drones. That will buy you some much needed time.
Game Action:
In addition to getting 3 cards, adjust the drones chasing you 3 moves (3 boots) in any direction you wish.
Find Sonic Grenade
Story:
Oh! You found a Sonic Grenade pack! "This is going to come in handy against those new security bots." This will increase your odds of success!
Game Action:
Save this secret to spend 3 swords at once in a turn. You can also put 2 black cubes back into the Boss bag.
A Fly in the Soup
Story:
As you enter the module, a fastidious looking Guidarian glances up at you with one of his 300 eyes - keeping the other 299 fastened to his tablet. After a couple taps, he saunters up and blocks your path.
“I’m a representative of the L27-MRC (Level 27 MagnoTube Revitalization Committee) - Since the installation of the Hyperlift, the old MagnoTube lines have been shut down. We’re considering turning the old tube lines into a lovely park - with the hope or revitalizing the commerce and residential spaces…. Would you please take a moment to sign this petition?”
“Some other time… “ you respond. As you try to step past him, he blocks your path with a thin but strong tarsus, leans in and says in a low voice “A beautiful day to walk the rings of Magrathea… wouldn’t you agree?
You hesitate and respond…
“Um… I guess so? I really need to go - excuse me.”
“Yes - but only if in the company of Soulianis and Rahm.”
“No - but the clouds of Bethselamin are beautiful this time of year”

Caught Green Handed
Story:
Maybe it was the absence of sound or the imperceptible increase in heat from behind you, but you sensed it. Spinning around you find one of four hands in your pocket. With one swift move you grip a finger, twist, bend, and he is on one knee.
"Hey hey, ok ok!"
You don't want to bring attention to yourself any more than he does, but there can't be a free pass for this. As a bluff you say, "I should turn you in to Security".
"Ok, you got me", looking both ways. "Let me make it right. I have some specialty items I'll give you at a discount. Besides, Eradikus' new Security Commander is no joke."Game Action:
Move the unused color cube for this module in the room entered.
For the rest of the game leave the cube in this room. For 3 credits each you can buy one of each to be used anytime in the game:
Sound dampening device (-3 Clank)
Single use telepass promo codes (Use the Telepads once)
Experimental Medical Booster (+2 Heart on purchase, but dizzy and you can't move for the rest of the turn)
Use game tokens or written notes to track. Remove the cube when all 3 items have been purchased.
Now You See Me, Now You Don't
Story:
Turning a corner, you see a new roaming sentry bot. It stops as it's camera focuses on you. It hesitates, then moves in your direction. You quickly turn the corner then weave your way through a few side corridors, and finally duck into a scrap resellers booth.
The young woman behind the counter pauses from tinkering with the gadget on the counter long enough to notice your entry and your furtive glances out the window and returns her attention to the task at hand. Just as the bot passes the shop, without looking up she quietly mutters, "Hate those things almost as much as the new Gertas... I can take care of it for you... for a price..."
Game Action:
You've been seen. Add 1 Clank straight to the boss bag.
Choose:
You think she's a bit shady. Return outside to face the sentry, requiring 2 swords, generating +1 Clank, and 3 Credits.
Spend 2 skill to enlist her help and read Reveal 1
Spend 2 credits and get the Zenon Sonic Demobilizer. It is a one time use pulse that disables the audio and visual sensors of all security bots between rooms and allows you to pass without using swords and taking damage to your health for the whole turn, but generates 1 Clank.
Silent Alarms Triggered
Story:
After some fine tuning of the Acoustic Spanner, you're able to nullify the pressure sensors in the walls, floor, and enclosure. Gazing at the this fancy looking glove, the embedded gems sparkle in your eye from the accent lights. You hold your breath as you lift the Gauntlet... and nothing happens. Whew! No alarms or sirens. You exhale with relief. It's lighter than you expected. The metal is cool to the touch. No time to admire the detailed work. You tuck it into your generic looking bag and head toward for the door.
However, unknown to you, the intelligence fell a little short. A micro wireless tracker was attached to the inside of the artifact. Somewhere in the Central Security Office, red lights are strobing indicating unauthorized movement.
Game Action:
You will need to get 2 six-sided dice. If you do not have dice..., you can have Google, Alexa, or a web page roll dice for you.
From now on, after the player with the Gauntlet completely finishes his turn, he will roll 2 six-sided dice. Then remove the two corresponding cards (1-6 ) in the Adventure row and replaced them from the deck. If both dice roll the same number, remove only one card. Follow normal rules for Boss attacks and Arrive.
Haggling the Hacker
Story:
In a low tone, “You’re a little young to be offering that kind of help, aren’t you?”
“Look, I need one of those fancy power crystals’ and I’m the best hacker on this ship."
"Mmmm maybe yesterday you were."
"Can you edit the video logs to give yourself another face?", she snarks back.
Calmly you reply, "Well, I kind of like mine where it is..."
After a pause and a rolling of her eyes, "Fine. I'll help you and pay you 3 credits if you bring one in.”
Game Action:
Move the unused color cube for this module in the room entered.
Now or you can return to this room later, return a power crystal to the supply to obtain 3 credits and remove 4 of your clank cubes from the boss bag.
Afterward, remove the cube from the board.
And you said...
Remove the unused cube cube from the board and jump down to your selected answer
“Um… I guess so? I really need to go - excuse me.”
The arthropod makes a clicking noise with his jaws, shrugs his shoulders and lets you pass. As you walk away, you could swear you saw a couple of his eyes roll.
(Loose 1 boot this turn due to the delay)“Yes - but only if in the company of Soulianis and Rahm.”
“The queen sends you her greetings and thanks” he says, while handling you his tablet. He quickly turns, and hops on the nearby hyper lift and is gone. On the tablet is a diagram of the ship with a couple compartments highlighted.
(Pick either one major secret or two minor secrets on the board to reveal. The secret stays in that room until any player comes by to pick it up).“No - but the clouds of Bethselamin are beautiful this time of year”
He hesitates a moment, considering your response. It's clear your answer was not quite what he was expecting. Finally he responds “I apologize - I thought you were someone else. Please accept this as compensation for your time and… discretion” as he presses a small package into your hand and disappears into the crowd.
(Gain 3 credits)The Plan Succeeded
Story:
You're the last one to hop in, shut the hatch, fire up the panel, and hit the eject button. Escape pod away! Whew, what a rush!
You take the Gauntlet out of the bag and give it another look. There's Xialorian script etched into the base of the glove that you can't make out. Your hold your data assistant up to it. A rough translation comes back. "May the songs of Xialor save the king." You think to yourself, "Huh. Well, they do have good concerts. But I didn't think they were that good." You slip on the glove and suddenly jump in your chair as the automatic internal straps tighten around your hand. It's snug now. Calming back down, you wiggle your fingers and feel what seems to be buttons at the tips. A gentle tap and you hear tones. After trying a few combinations of musical notes, to your surprise, you see one of the gems brighten as if charged by energy. "Woe!" For the rest of the trip you try to recall the note sequence, but just can't. There's definitely more to this than it looks. You'll have to do some research when you get online. Nothing left to do now, but cash in.
